• 投稿者須為作品的創作者，應確認擁有作品著作權（不得抄襲、剽竊他人作品）。詞曲一方均可投稿（同一作品不可重復報送），主辦方不承擔包括且不限於肖像權、名譽權、隱私權、著作權、商標權等糾紛而產生的法律責任，如出現此類情況，主辦方有權取消其投稿資格及追回獎項，並由投稿者承擔相應的法律責任。 The contributor must be the creator of the work and must confirm that he has the right to copy the work (no copying or plagiarizing other people's works). All lyrics can be submitted (the same work cannot be re-reported). The principal does not assume legal responsibility arising from disputes such as portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, copyrights, trademark rights, etc. If such circumstances occur, the principal has the right to cancel his submission qualifications and recover the award, and the contributor shall bear the corresponding legal responsibility.
• 作品必須嚴格遵守國家法律法規的相關規定，不得出現低俗、色情、暴力、侵犯他人隱私、違背社會公共道德及其他違反國家相關法律法規的內容。 The works must strictly abide by the relevant provisions of national laws and regulations, and must not appear vulgar, pornographic, violent, infringement on others' privacy, violation of social public morality, and other content that violates relevant national laws and regulations.
• 作品時長不少於90秒，不長於5分鐘；不接受清唱及純音樂等無歌詞作品。作品音頻格式須為MP3格式，音質不低於320kbps。每位作者投稿上限為2首歌曲。若同一位作者投稿超過2首，則以最後投稿的2首作品進行評選。 The work lasts no more than 90 seconds or less than 5 minutes; No lyrics such as a cappella and pure music are accepted. The audio format of the work must be in MP3 format, and the sound quality is not less than 320kbps. Each author has a maximum submission of 2 songs. If the same author contributes more than 2 works, the last two works will be evaluated.
• 版權聲明：征集作品的知識產權默認由主辦方、創作者共有。本次活動的主辦單位對全部投稿作品有公開展示、印刷出版、線上線下推廣宣傳的權利，及與其他第三方組織聯合舉辦的展演、公共宣傳、獨家獎項申報等非營利性活動，不必再經過投稿機構、團隊、個人授權，且不用於其他商業目的；任何機構與個人未經作者、知識產權擁有者、活動主辦單位同意，不得抄襲、公開展示、出版和使用本次活動投稿作品。 Copyright Statement: The intellectual property rights for collecting works are by default shared by the organizer and the creator.
